Persona Wood Fired Pizza is a new restaurant off of Wilson Road and Beltway 8 in Humble. We stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised!

What Subway is for sandwiches, Persona is for Pizza! It was a lot of fun making our own.

It was really cool that it bakes in a wood fired oven in only 90 seconds! Well worth your stop.
